Eternal Valley Memorial Park and Mortuary, a local Dignity Memorial provider, announced that Patti Palominos has been promoted to Mortuary Manager.

Palominos will oversee the mortuary department as well as spearheading community and on-site events. She will also play a pivotal role in working with families to ensure they receive a caring, quality experience when working with Eternal Valley.

Ms. Palominos joined Eternal Valley in 2012 and has held positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as Funeral Director. In 2013, she was recognized with the “Living the Brand” award for her exemplary service to the families served by Eternal Valley, the community and the organization. Prior to Eternal Valley, she worked as an instructor at Small World Preschool in Saugus for 14 years.

“I’ve lived in this community all my life and it holds a special place in my heart as my home, and as a place where I connect with family and friends,” Palominos said. “Having experienced loss first-hand in my own family, I understand the emotional challenges each of us goes through when losing a loved one. It’s rewarding to be in a position to guide our professionals as they continue to make Eternal Valley a place where families find support, information, and care while planning services for their loved one.”

Palominos received her Funeral Director License in January 2014. In addition, she attended College of the Canyons in Valencia, where she earned her Associate of Arts degree. She holds certificates in Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Supervision and Administration.
