The Santa Clarita Storm Men’s semi-Professional Soccer team has been busy since the end of the National Premier Soccer League.
The Storm has left the NPSL and joined the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL), the largest Southern California League, with some others from the NPSL as well.
The UPSL, which has a premier division as well as a UPSLPro Divison, is sponsored by Admiral Uniforms, a 100-year-old company that supplies the English Premier leagues in Europe as well as teams across the United States.
The Storm has joined the league mid-season. The UPSL plays it’s Premier Division from October to the end of February with playoffs following in March.
The UPSL also partakes in the US Open Cup Qualifiers in March.
In May begins the UPSL Admiral League Cup followed by the UPSL PRO division play. That Division is based on the relegation system.
