We have a special edition of SCVTV’s “House Blend” show coming up Saturday night, featuring Santa Clarita-based Americana singer-songwriter-guitarist Pat Nason and his group The Regular Crew.
Pat sings lead and plays acoustic guitar, backed by Regular Crew-members Deborah Houston Cloer and Sue Blue on vocals and Ed Pausic on standup bass.
The Crew performs three Nason originals. There’s “The Music, The Bottle and You” from Pat’s 2014 debut EP “Nearly New.” They also preview “Twisted Little Things” and “Falling in Love with You,” two songs from the debut Regular Crew album, “All the Time in the World,” due this spring.
Nason also introduces the official video for his song “Good Old Fashioned American Boy,” another choice track from “Nearly New.”
Pat was a rock journalist before he segued to performing musician, and between songs, he and I talk about that, the band’s future and lots more.
