SCVTV, the local television channel for Santa Clarita, will once again broadcast the full league season of boys and girls high school basketball.
For their 12th year together, SCVTV Sports Director Dave Caldwell and COC Women’s Basketball Coach Greg Herrick will be courtside to call the action.
“This season is already beginning to look very exciting as there are so many good teams,” said Caldwell, who is entering his 15th year of play-by-play in the Santa Clarita Valley. “Most of the teams have impressive winning records during the non-league and tournament schedules, and with parity being what it is now, we could have a team with two or even three losses still win or share the league championship.”
The season begins Jan. 10 when West Ranch goes to Hart to take on the Indians. As with all sports broadcast on SCVTV, the games will be tape delayed and repeated every day of the week. Refer to SCVTV.com or the SCVNews.com Sports section for daily showtimes.
