Sheriff Jim McDonnell, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, will preside over graduation ceremonies for 81 graduates of the academy class number 408.
Chief James Hunt, Monrovia Police Department, will deliver the keynote address.
Sheriff McDonnell will be joined by Police Chiefs from the Azusa, Culver City, Glendora, Hawthorne, Los Angeles School, Monrovia, and San Gabriel Police Departments; and the Director of California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, in presenting diplomas to 81 graduates of Academy Class #408. Class #408 consists of eight female and 65 male deputy recruits, and one female and seven male police recruits from participating agencies.
