It’s everybody’s fault!!! We are all to blame for Letting this child down in some way!!! But hey people!!! Here’s a thought…. How about instead of who’s to blame…. Who’s to help???!!!! How can we better service these children?? What can we DO to help prevent this from happening again??!!
