During the month of October, Drug Free Youth in Town clubs from 15 junior high and high schools in Santa Clarita participated in SOCKTOBER.
The event is a month long sock drive benefitting low income families and the homeless. Over 4,000 pairs of new socks were collected by DFYIT members.
