The California Department of Transportation will close all lanes of northbound I-405 on the following dates to install loop detectors:

 

Northbound I-405

Tuesday, May 5, 1 a.m. to 5 a.m.
Between Nordoff on-ramp to Devonshire Street on-ramp

 

Southbound I-405

Wednesday, May 6, 11 a.m. to 4 a.m.

Between Rinaldi off-ramp and San Fernando Mission on-ramp

 

Southbound I-405

Thursday, May 7, 11 p.m. to 4 a.m.

Between Devonshire off-ramp to Devonshire on-ramp

 

Southbound I-405

Saturday May 9, 1 a.m. to 5 a.m.

Between Nordhoff St. off-ramp to Roscoe on-ramp

 

This $28.47 million pavement rehabilitation project is funded by the State Highway Operation and Protection Program (SHOPP).  Myers and Sons Construction LP is the contractor on this project.

 

A signed detour will be in place.  Delays are expected.  Closures are subject to change.  The California Highway Patrol will be on duty.
