Penni Innerarity Kern, What I meant is why they run. So they can avoid being busted on DUI. Many times, they get caught later, but they can’t get stuck with DUI, since it’s out of their system by then. I’ve seen it happen countless times. It’s very hard to prove it after the fact. Very rarely, will it actually stick when they are judged.
