The club is seeking donations of pens, pencils, erasers, colored pencils, markers, spiral notebooks, folders, binders and new or gently used backpacks.
The school supplies will be distributed to children in need at the club’s Newhall headquarters.

Donations can be dropped of at the Boys & Girls Club of the Newhall office from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. until Aug. 16. The address is 24909 Newhall Ave.
