​Triumph Foundation is hosting its 6th annual Let’em Roll Casino Night at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Valencia on Saturday, July 18. All proceeds will benefit Triumph Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit organization that works to minimize the obstacles one faces after suffering a spinal cord injury. The fundraising event will feature: Texas Hold’em Poker Tournament, Craps, Blackjack and Roulette. It also includes prime rib dinner, music, dancing, and silent auction.

The proceeds will help to replace items lost during a fire in Triumph’s storage unit in Canyon Country that took place June 25. The contents of the unit were completely destroyed, including over 50 care packages for newly injured spinal cord injury patients, resources, medical equipment, and many silent auction items meant for the Let’em Roll Casino Night.

“The cornerstone of our foundation was taken from us,” Andrew Skinner, executive director and founder of Triumph, said of the loss from the fire. “But I’m sure we’ll triumph. All those items are replaceable. It just costs money.”

Needless to say, this is not a typical gala type event. This fundraiser means more to this nonprofit than ever before. Its impact will transform lives.

Triumph Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization whose mission is to help individuals with Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) triumph over their disability and to inspire them to keep moving forward with their lives by pushing themselves to get better every day.

Services include giving people who are newly paralyzed Care Baskets which are filled with information and resources, providing grants to help obtain necessary equipment, supplies, and services; assisting with home modifications for wheelchair accessibility; leading SCI support groups; and sponsoring wheelchair sports teams and adaptive recreational programs to support disabled athletes.
