[KHTS] – A student from Placerita Junior High School who was arrested in March for allegedly making threats on Facebook will be going to trial, according to the District Attorney’s office.
The 13-year-old student allegedly threatened to bring guns to the school, a sheriff’s spokesman said.
He was detained and taken into custody on March 20, 2015.
The student appeared in Sylmar Juvenile Court on Thursday, Sept. 24, and was ordered to return on Oct. 27 for a trial setting, said Greg Risling, public information officer for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office.
“It didn’t appear that there had been any attempt to carry out any type of assault,” said Sgt. Dan Stanley of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.
Deputies believe the student was acting alone, and no one was hurt in the incident.
Officials with the Hart School District, of which Placerita is a component, said every incident of this nature is taken “very seriously.”

Good!
His parents should be on Trial too!!!
What sense does that make? Looks like somebody’s internalized the prison industrial complex!
Looks like you think parents should not be responsible for raising their children
