Jack’s Angels Foundation presents its 3rd Annual “Art for Jack” Music and Art Festival for Children on Sunday May 3, 2015 at the Sulphur Springs Elementary School MPR in Canyon Country, Calif. from 1-5 p.m.
The event celebrates the artistic and creative talent of children with art workshops, professional and student exhibits, and a concert of young performing artists, including works of Paganini, Tchaiovsky, and Mozart, to help raise awareness for pediatric brain tumors—specifically DIPG, which has had no survivors in more than 30 years.
The event also celebrates DIPG heroes—notably Nathan Street, 8, of Bakersfield Calif.

Proceeds from the event benefit the “for Jack” DIPG research fund at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, in honor of Jack Demeter, a local boy who died of DIPG July 30, 2012.
Family entertainment includes a magic show, silent auction and raffle, and acclaimed singer/songwriter Teresa James and saxophonist Jerry Peterson open the festivities. For more information visit www.artforjack.org, or call 661-977-3125.
