Authorization sought to execute a purchase and sale agreement and all documents related to the disposition of the Community Development Commission-owned property in Willowbrook for the price of $1,072,754. (Item 1-D)
Supervisors Solis and Hahn instruct County Counsel to join the efforts in the lawsuit opposing the addition of a citizenship question to the 2020 U.S. Census. (Item 2)
Supervisor Solis recognizes the development of the Lower Los Angeles River Revitalization Plan and directs Public Works to continue outreach and community engagement to solicit input on projects. (Item 3)
Supervisors Kuehl and Barger recommend adopting and establishing the Declaration of Rights of All Students to Equity in Arts Learning. (Item 6)

Authorize Health Services to amend Master Agreements for Reference Medical Laboratory Services with nine contractors, at an estimated annual cost of $16,684,000. (Item 22)
Approve and instruct the Chair to sign the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement allowing the County to become a member of the North Los Angeles County Transportation Coalition Joint Powers Authority. (Item 26)
Authorize Public Works to execute five agreements for environmental compliance services for various projects, for an aggregate amount of $17,500,000. (Item 27)
Recommendation to approve and adopt the recommendation of the hearing officer for the Fire Camp 19 Life Safety Improvements Project, and award a construction contract in the amount of $3,985,000. (Item 29)
The Claims Board recommends a $450,000 settlement for a lawsuit alleging injuries received in an automobile accident involving a Sheriff’s Deputy. (Item 32)
The Claims Board recommends approval of the Corrective Action Plan for a lawsuit alleging deliberate indifference to an inmate’s medical needs while he was incarcerated at Twin Towers Correctional Facility. (Item 33)
