CSUN Hosts Long Beach State, Visits Cal State Fullerton
CSUN Women’s Soccer (10-5-1, 3-0-1 Big West) faces a pair of conference foes hoping to improve upon its second-place positioning in the Big West standings. The Matadors host Long Beach State (8-5-3, 3-2 Big West) at Matador Soccer Field on Thursday at 7 p.m. and travel to square off with first-place Cal State Fullerton (12-2-1, 4-1 Big West) on Sunday at 5 p.m. Live stats will be available for both matches.

NORTHRIDGE, CA – The CSUN women’s golf team added another top five finish to its fall ledger as the Matadors finished in second place Tuesday at the SCU Colby Invitational at Silver Creek Valley C.C. in San Jose.

CSUN Ventures to Cal State Fullerton, Hosts UC Irvine
The CSUN Matadors (6-6-2, 2-3-1 Big West Conference) continues its run through the Big West Conference South Division with a pair of matches this week. On Wednesday, Oct. 21, CSUN travels to Orange County to square off with the Cal State Fullerton Titans in a 7 p.m. contest at Titan Stadium. Three days later, CSUN hosts UC Irvine in its penultimate regular season home match at Matador Soccer Field in 2015. Kickoff between the Matadors and Anteaters is slated for 7 p.m. and Jose Avalos and Eduard Cauich will be calling all the action against the Anteaters. Live stats will be available for both contests and the match at Cal State Fullerton will be broadcast on BigWest TV. Fans are also encouraged to check with the CSUN Athletic Department’s official Twitter accounts (@GoMatadors, @CSUNMensSoccer and @CSUNCapeCrew) for updates throughout the weekend.

Maulupe Looks to Take (Another) Leap for CSUN Women’s Hoops
While recently visiting her father’s family in New Zealand, CSUN women’s basketball redshirt sophomore Serafina Maulupe took the leap. Literally, as in plunging over the side of the Harbor Bridge in Auckland attached to a giant rubber band. Her first bungee jump behind her, Maulupe is looking to take another leap over the next several months with the target being Honda Center in March.
