The Valley Industry Association of the Santa Clarita Valley hosted its 2025 BASH, The Mad Hatters Ball, on Friday, Oct. 24, at the Hyatt Regency Valencia.
This whimsical, Alice-in-Wonderland–inspired evening brought together business and community leaders from across the Santa Clarita Valley to celebrate excellence, connection and community spirit.
Guests arrived in imaginative tea-party attire and signature top hats, setting the stage for an evening of laughter, inspiration and recognition.
Honoring Outstanding Achievements
Each year, the VIA BASH recognizes members and organizations that exemplify leadership, innovation and commitment to the Santa Clarita Valley.
This year’s distinguished honorees include:
— VIA Volunteer of the Year: Ricki Macken-Chilvers, Pleasantview Industries was recognized for her extraordinary dedication, service and volunteer leadership within VIA.
— VIA Business of the Year: 360 Executive Suites SCV was honored for outstanding business success, community engagement and continued support of VIA’s mission.
— VIA Community Impact Award: JCI Santa Clarita was celebrated for its meaningful contributions to the betterment of the Santa Clarita Valley and lasting impact on residents and local organizations.
“These individuals and organizations embody the values that make our business community strong, leadership, collaboration and service,” said Kathy Norris, VIA CEO/President. “Their commitment to excellence and community advancement truly reflects the spirit of VIA.”
Beyond the awards and festivities, The Mad Hatters Ball served as a testament to the power of collaboration that defines the Santa Clarita Valley. From the imaginative décor to the atmosphere of camaraderie, the evening reflected VIA’s mission to foster unity and opportunity among local businesses.
