Tommy Loaiza
A 38-year-old man pleaded no contest today to involuntary manslaughter for the death of a Santa Clarita man who was found dead from a drug overdose in his apartment, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced.
Tommy Loaiza, of Acton, supplied heroin to Kahlil Banks, 42, who was found dead from an overdose on May 21 inside his apartment on the 28000 block of Sarabande Lane, the prosecutor said. After the Banks overdosed, Loaiza left him for dead.
Loaiza will face eight years in state prison at a sentencing hearing scheduled for Dec. 18 in Department N of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, San Fernando Branch.
According to Deputy District Attorney Jeffrey Illions, Loaiza also admitted he was convicted in 1995 of second-degree robbery.
Case PA083621 was investigated by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

How did this scum get so close to our friend Kahill?
Prayers and condolences to you his family and anyone who knew him
No disrespect but your friend obviously wasn’t any better then this man!! Your friend was a drug addict who overdosed and died! So before you call Tommy Scum look at your friends a little more close, you must not of been that good of a friend if you didn’t get him help to overcome his drug problem. Your friend played his own part in his death, had he not been a junkie he would be alive right now.

Unfortunately Alan Difatta drug addiction brings us closer to them… as a former drug and alcohol addict, I can tell you that your company isn’t always the most civilized.
