The travel exploration series, “On A Quest: with Jaswant,” is set to captivate audiences at the Santa Clarita International Film Festival on Dec. 10.

The screening will take place at the Laemmle Theater on 22500 Lyons Ave Santa Clarita, CA 91321, from 12:05 p.m. to 2:25 p.m.

“Santa Clarita, often referred to as ‘Hollywood North,’ is a thriving hub of artists and creators working in the Hollywood Industry, making it a fitting backdrop for a festival that aims to connect communities through film,” said Jaswant Dev Shrestha, the Emmy award-winning documentarian and the creator of the show.

SCIFF, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering the Santa Clarita Valley through film, brings together the city’s vibrant arts community. With 65% of its residents working in the film industry, Santa Clarita boasts the most filming locations and studios in Los Angeles County.

The city has been home to over 250 recent big-budget studio projects, highlighting its significance in the cinematic landscape. The series recently earned accolades at the Zagreb Tour film Festival and the International Tourism Film Festival Turkey, reaffirming its status as a top-tier travel documentary.
