KIDVENTUREKIDVENTURE, a local children’s ministry center and play park, is pleased to announce its official opening at The Old Road location in Santa Clarita. The grand opening ceremony will take place March 31, 2019, from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Marsha McLean, Mayor of Santa Clarita; Jared Ming, lead pastor of Higher Vision Church, and other city officials will commemorate the formal opening with a ribbon cutting at 1:30 p.m. The ceremony will be followed by various fun-filled activities, vendor visits, guided building tours, and family-centered giveaways such as a PS4 Pro, Disneyland Resort family four-pack tickets, Mountasia family four-pack tickets, Regal Cinemas family four-pack tickets, and more.

The afternoon will also place special emphasis on including sensory integration tables and special-needs-friendly activities to celebrate and welcome our special needs community. Similar festivities will take place March 30, April 6, and April 7 as a part of the opening celebrations. For more information regarding details of each day’s events, please visit the KIDVENTURE webpage here.

While the atmosphere and amenities are upscale, travel-themed KIDVENTURE is a place where children’s adventures await around every corner and far-off lands can be discovered. The inviting and energetic center will bring a much-needed service to the Santa Clarita Valley by providing resources for parents to train up godly children. KIDVENTURE will be an intentional space for community and church members alike to access exceptional children’s ministry within the comfort of a multimillion-dollar facility.

The new building will house ten specifically themed classrooms, two of which are solely dedicated to “Explorers” — Higher Vision Church’s special needs ministry. These specialized rooms will serve children to young adults with disabilities. “Explorers” will have access to calming rooms, sensory integration stations, specialized lessons, and more. In the future, KIDVENTURE will boast a one-on-one program and will accommodate “Explorers” of every age, truly making this an all-inclusive ministry.

Open every weekend, KIDVENTURE offers programs and creative activities Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings during regular church service times. For service times, please visit the Higher Vision Church website.

KIDVENTURE is associated with non-profit organization, Higher Vision Church, with an emphasis for family ministry, located in northern Los Angeles. Under the leadership of Jared Ming, their mission is to help people find God’s vision for their lives.

KIDVENTURE and Higher Vision Church, together with its pastoral staff and affiliates, is dedicated to helping others find God’s vision for their lives.
