Please lend a helping-hand.

Western-Los-Angeles-County Council’s  Eagle-Alumni Outreach

For 100+ years America’s fields of business, sports, politics, military, and science have been influenced by Eagle-Scouts; e.g. Neil Armstrong, Michael Blumberg, Bill Bradley, Justice Stephen Breyer, John Creighton, Rear Admiral Jay Cohen, President Gerald Ford, Steven Fossett, Robert Gates, J. Willard Marriott, H. Ross Perot, and Sam Walton.

The Council has started an Eagle-Scout Alumni group.  We need to find other Eagle Scouts in our area to join the Alumni ranks.  We are out-reaching to, and seeking a helping-hand from community-service organization such as your Chamber of Commerce, along with business and industry leaders in the Young Presidents Organization, and various community service organizations.

Please send me an e-mail at ( larry.lynch@korekland.com ) with contact information on Eagle Scouts you find in your group. We hope to develop new support for Scouting.
