When Nola Aronson of Advanced Audiology tells people she has a unique answer for hearing loss, she means it. On Dec. 8-10, she’s hosting an open house to demonstrate just how effective new technology can be at cutting through the noise and communicating clearly.
Advanced Audiology is hosting the open house from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. all three days, featuring demonstrations of Widex’s line of Unique™ hearing aids. To develop the Unique™ line, the German hearing aid manufacturer had its technicians spend several years building a sound library that includes 500 different sounds in 100 different environments, and “teaching” the hearing aid how to precisely react to those situations. The result is a hearing aid trained to reduce background noise, whether it’s wind on the golf course or a humming refrigerator in the kitchen, and enhance soft speech and sounds.
“The key to quality hearing is not simply amplification of sounds, it’s being able to cut through the noise and focus on the important things,” Aronson said. “That’s why I’m so excited about the Unique™ line. It enhances speech and allows users to focus and have clear communications. Particularly with the holidays coming up, being able to understand and enjoy conversations is a great thing.”
The open house will feature demonstrations of Unique™ hearing aids and an opportunity to meet Advanced Audiology’s Widex representative. There will also be opportunities to save $300 off Advanced Audiology’s everyday low prices for a pair of hearing aids. As an added holiday bonus, those who qualify for a no-obligation hearing aid trial will receive a coupon for $10 off a holiday turkey or ham.
“There’s a reason our slogan is ‘We love to help you hear,’” Aronson said. “We’re committed to helping the community. Clear communication makes a huge difference in our social lives and physical health, and I’m excited about technology like Unique™ that improves people’s lives.”
To RSVP for the open house, contact Advanced Audiology at (661) 425-9330. Advanced Audiology is located at 23822 Valencia Blvd., Suite 103, next to AAA in the Owen Patterson building.
