Valencia BMW is on an elite list of 31 North American BMW dealerships that were recognized as top performers during 2011. There are 339 BMW dealerships in North America.
The Valencia dealership earned “2012 Center of Excellence” status on the basis of its “2011 performance in customer satisfaction, outstanding brand representation, operational excellence and profitability,” according to BMW of North America LLC.
“BMW customers have high expectations of their vehicle and their dealer,” said Peter Miles, executive vice president of the BMW Group’s sales headquarters in New Jersey.
BMW is the “primary mobility provider” for the London 2012 Olympic Games.
