The following crimes were reported in Valencia during the week of October 10, 2016.

Grand Theft Auto- 22600 block of Decoro Drive

An unknown suspect stole the victim’s 2006 Honda XR650L motorcycle from the location.

 

10/10/16

Petty Theft- 24400 block of Magic Mountain Parkway

An unknown suspect entered the store and stole a vacuum.

 

10/11/16

Burglary (Garage) – 23200 block of Via Ladera

An unknown suspect entered the victim’s garage and stole his “SC Big Ripper Cruiser” 29 in. one-speed bike.

 

10/12/16

Burglary – 28100 block of Kelly Johnson Parkway

An unknown suspect entered the location, broke into a mobile home, and fled the area. The victim(s) arrived a short time later, and noticed their mobile home had been broken into, and numerous items were stolen from inside.

Grand Theft Auto – 22500 block of Los Tigres Drive

An unknown suspect stole the victim’s 2013 white Nissan Sentra 4-door from the location.

Burglary (Vehicle)- 27500 block of Wayne Mills Place

An unknown suspect made entry into the victim’s locked vehicle and stole the third row seat from the SUV.

Burglary (Vehicle) -27500 block of Wayne Mills Place

An unknown suspect made entry into the victim’s vehicle and stole the third row seat. The victim said the suspect pried open his rear window, and removed the seat from the car.

Shoplifting – 24400 block of Magic Mountain Parkway

A male suspect and a female suspect were arrested from the location for trying to exit the store without paying for items concealed on their persons.

Burglary – 24100 block of Newhall Ranch Road

An unknown suspect entered the victim’s garage and stole his TREK mountain bike.

 

santa-clarita-sheriffs-station-officials-host-haunted-jailhouse-I wanted to take this time to cordially invite you all to our annual Haunted Jailhouse here at the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station. We are located at the corner of Magic Mountain Parkway and Valencia Boulevard (23740 Magic Mountain Parkway). The Haunted Jailhouse will open at 11am and close at 4pm on Sunday October 30th. We will have a Haunted Jailhouse for adults, also an age appropriate jailhouse walk through for the little ones. Also on display will be numerous Sheriff’s Department displays. There will be kiddie rides, and numerous yummy food options for everyone. Entry into the event is free, but a two dollar donation to the Boys and Girls Club is encouraged. Please come out and join us during this great event and let us fill your day with joy for all to partake in. We look forward to seeing you out here and making us part of your day.
