[KHTS] – The husband of a 26-year-old woman found unresponsive in her Castaic home on Saturday morning has been arrested on suspicion of murder after an autopsy report found her cause of death to be blunt force trauma.

Nicole Danielson was found unresponsive by her husband, Robert Danielson, 29, in the 36200 block of Paradise Ranch Road and was taken to the hospital where she later died, said Lt. Steve Jauch with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide Bureau.

Danielson called 911 due to her non-responsive condition.

Danielson was arrested for murder on Monday after the autopsy determined that the cause of death was blunt force trauma to the head, according to Jauch.

The case will be presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office on Tuesday.

There is no additional information at this time and the investigation is ongoing.

  12. So sad….those poor kids…

  13. Jeanne says:

I heard that she wanted to go to the bar for a date night. Her sister works there or something. She drank heavily. In the car on the way home she punched her husband in the face because he was asking her about some guy she had been dancing with. I guess if any physical altercation happened it started with her. If she was that drunk she could have fallen and hit her head. He could have hit her and she fell and hit her head. Either way she was ok enough to get up and go to bed with him and the kids in the same bed. She did not wake up in the morning. The chest trauma was from him trying to do CPR while waiting for the ambulance to get there.

What a tragedy to everyone who knew and loved her ,she will always remain in our hearts forevermore ,RIP sweet Angel. Always Donna Mike and Mandy.

  16. Melanie says:

There is no “suspected” Jared Gardner or question as to his guilt. There was a witness and he has been beating Coco for years. He did it, no doubt. His parents raise 2 wife beaters, his bother is doing time now for it. There is a special place in he** for him.

  17. gem calvin says:

thank god somebody else KNOWS the truth! A loss is a loss both families I am sure are devastated. People need to know the truth to speak out and slander others. Somebody mentioned that the husband cones from a family of wife beaters, which is FAR from true. Come on people do unto others as you would have them do unto you? Or did we take God out of the Realm of life too? The BEST NEWS IS THE FAMILY DOESNT NEED THE DONATIONS AS FORREST LAWN HAS AGREED TO DONATE THE COST OF THE ENTIRE FUNERAL!!! THATS WONDERFUL NEWS!! STEVEN JAMES DUFF IF YOU ARE A GOOD FRIEND, YOU WOULD KNOW HE DIDNT DO THIS EVIL ACT. ALL OF YOU THAT ARE POSTING THESE HORRID ALLIGATIONS ABOUT ROBERT AND HIS FAMILY I PRAY FOR YOU AND YOUR SALVATION. MAYBE IF YOU ASK THE LORD NOW TO FORGIVE YOU FOR YOUR SLANDER FALSE ALLIGATIONS SCRUTINY MALICE AND WRONGFUL JUDGMENT YOU WONT BE JUDGED COME YOUR TIME. all this scuttlebutt needs to stop before somebody truly gets hurt.

  18. Dennis says:

The service yesterday was wonderful. Big thanks to Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills for donating the entire service so the family did not have to pay for anything.

  19. Thetruth says:

Hey Melanie… you clearly do not know Robert, his family, or jack &@!$ for that matter. His brother is not serving time for DV and has never been physical with a female. That is a FACT. This is not the place to try and play judge, jury or executioner. Unreal how ignorant people are . Running your mouth and dictating a situation you had ZERO to do with. These poor babies will read all of this one day so shame on you for being such a sheep to the mass drama and hysteria of bored people who sit back and computer convict real life. I will keep my opinion of the two and how their DUAL DV was a consistent issue and how a slip and fall of her hitting her head and of them going to bed with NO MORE ARGUING and the last person she was actually fighting with before bed was her SISTER… over money…. to myself. Just as you should keep your bold and inaccurate garbage in your mouth where it belongs. Robert will be convicted and will suffer the consequences of his actions not only physically but mentally , if he caused the loss of his wife. And rightfully so if he is guilty. Trying to run a smear campaign on his family, who has supported and loved those babies from day one …. VILE. Good to see how many TRUE CRIME DETECTIVES WE HAVE IN THE GOOD OL SCV.
