A security photo of a suspect in the June 12 robbery of a Wells Fargo branch in Newhall has been released by FBI investigators.
Detectives reported the suspect, described as an unidentified white male in his 50s or 60s, 5 feet, 8 inches tall, medium build, at around 2:38 p.m. Monday, June 12, walked into the Wells Fargo on Lyons Avenue, near Wiley Canyon Road, in Newhall, and handed a note across the counter.
The note threatened the teller with a gun while demanding $10,000 in $100 bills.
The suspect received the money and then left the bank on foot, according to officials.
