Join the Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce for a special Non-Profit Council Roundtable, “Non-Profit Love Match: A High-Impact Networking Experience for Professionals & Nonprofits,” 5-6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 10 at the Education Center at Child & Family Center.
The Education Center at Child & Family Center is located at 21545 Centre Pointe Parkway, Santa Clarita, 91350.
Back for its second year, this refreshed and modernized networking experience brings together engaged professionals and mission-driven nonprofits in a fast-paced, designed format that encourages conversations and lasting community connections—enhanced by feedback from last year’s participants.
For Professionals & Community Leaders
If looking to get more involved in the community, this experience introduces you to nonprofits actively seeking volunteers, emerging leaders and individuals ready to make an impact. Through intentional, interactive conversations, you’ll explore causes that align with your skills, passions and interests while building authentic relationships in an energetic and engaging environment. The updated format blends smart matching with a few unexpected moments to keep conversations dynamic and memorable, helping all walk away with new connections, fresh perspectives and clear pathways to involvement.
Matches are based on the availability of participating nonprofit organizations and cannot be guaranteed for every selected area of interest. Be able to meet at least one organization outside stated areas of interest to broaden perspectives and encourage meaningful, unexpected connections. Following the matched rounds, attendees will have time to freely mingle, continue conversations and explore additional connections.
For Nonprofit Organizations
This experience offers nonprofits the opportunity to connect with professionals who are genuinely interested in supporting community causes. The refined format creates space for focused, one-on-one conversations that allow you to share your mission, highlight current needs, and engage with individuals whose skills and interests align with your organization. By participating, nonprofits gain increased visibility within the business community while building relationships that can lead to long-term volunteers, advocates and leadership support—all within an environment designed to maximize engagement and energy.
The evening concludes with open networking, giving both professionals and nonprofits time to continue conversations, deepen connections and explore next steps.
