Newhall Community Hospital

crimezone8A 19-month-old boy was taken to Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital after he was found in a pool around 4:58 p.m. in Canyon Country, according to Sgt. Brian Allen of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.

Los Angeles County Fire Department emergency personnel were on scene shortly thereafter and transported the child to Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital, where life-saving efforts were successfully continued, according to Sheriff’s Station officials.

Traffic was backed up as officials at the scene cleared intersections from Fairweather Street to Valencia Boulevard for the ambulance, according to Allen.

It is unclear what condition the boy is in and whether CPR was performed at the scene.

    • I agree. They won’t. That sucks. I’m so sorry people are so mean and goddamn judgemental! Don’t even look at this post anymore! ❤

    • They can deliver the news…. No problem with that, but they shouldnt allow these comments to be made public. Mine included. Its not right! What is the motivation of allowing the public’s comments, to give the family comfort and peace? It doesn’t seem like she’s feeling very peaceful right now, does it?

  33. My baby boy isn’t doing too well, basically he’s in a coma, drs say there isn’t much they can do anymore. I was hoping for good news. I never thought this would happen to my son. He is such a happy and handsome baby, he could make you smile no matter what. But I’m still not giving up, thank you again for the prayers, I’ve never prayed so much in my life.

  34. Prayers and best wishes for you all.

  35. Please stop blaming Michelle for not watching her child. I’m the grandma and they live with me. I put in a doggy door about a month ago not thinking that this curious little boy will go through it. I am to blame for this and believe me I will have to live with this. I raised 3kids and have 3 other grandkids and always practiced pool safety. I messed up this time ..I made a mistake…not Jack’s mother Michelle!! She is the best mom and would do anything to protect her kids.

  36. Emilio celaya dad of Jack ryder says:
