Commenting on Wednesday’s win, first-year TMU men’s basketball head coach Kelvin Starr said, “We played a great defensive game tonight as we only let them shoot 31% from the field. I’m looking forward to moving on to our next game as we play a really talented Biola on Saturday.”
As Starr mentioned, the Mustangs will welcome No. 6 Biola to Bross Court on Saturday for a 7:30 p.m. showdown. Fans are encouraged to arrive early as crowds are expected to reach capacity due to the planned “TMU Stampede” events happening on campus that evening.
