On the SCV emergency fb page there was a driver who said he was hit from behind by a dodge charger and it took off …that it had damaged their hood putting it into a v ….did .this charger have damage to the hood?

I was just rear-ended by a black Dodge Charger at the corner of Seco and Bouquet. The guy or girl took off. They went towards Copper Hill direction, up Seco. The car has noticeable body damage on the front. If anyone sees anything, please call it in or let me know. Thanks for your help!
