Stinks!! People are conserving on water and water companies thank you is to raise rates, why can’t the water company sacrifice as we are!!!

I think the state should subsidize them since they initially required mandatory restrictions.
Maybe they should look at there employees pay and make cuts there first. Last summer I really took the initiative to save water and this is how my efforts are being rewarded? Ridiculous!

When consumers do not have a choice for a service provider that is called a Monopoly. Perhaps it’s time to We The People discuss breaking up this Monopoly. Since when can a company provide less and charge more? Lets get a petition going to break up Valencia Water Company and create competition for business.
MANDATORY water conservation you will be fined if you do not comply. Thanks to all our customers for helping to conserve water now let us return the favor and increase your rates. Now that’s what I call wonderful customer relations. Maybe if you parked all those trucks you patrolled our neighborhoods on a regular basis you could save that cost instead of forcing us to keep your pockets filled and not empty ours. Typical utility company that has no competition and we the consumer with no choice but to comply. Is our city council listening?
Rates will not come down when the public has to stop conserving.
The water company came to my house twice to check to see if everything was OK simply because I did conserve and my bill was lower. Screw ’em…I’ll tighten up and conserve even more!
