The 2013 High School Football Preview Show, presented by Nissan of Valencia, debuts Thursday night at 7 pm on SCVTV and SCVTV.com/footballpreview

Hosted by SCVTV Sports Director Dave Caldwell, the one-hour program goes in-depth with all eight Santa Clarita high school football teams, including interviews with head coaches and the key players for each squad.

“The football talent level in Santa Clarita is great this year,” said Caldwell, who is going into his 16^th year of sports coverage in the Santa Clarita Valley. “Several players have already been offered college scholarships and the teams themselves are stronger. The Foothill League alone could be the most competitive it’s been in years.”

In addition to the Foothill League teams (Canyon, Golden Valley, Hart, Saugus, Valencia and West Ranch), the show will also give insights on the Santa Clarita Christian Cardinals and the Trinity Classical Academy Knights. Both Trinity and Valencia made it to the semi-finals in their respective divisions last year.

The 2013 High School Football Preview Show, presented by Nissan of Valencia, will also air at 11 pm Thursday night, Friday at 10 am and 7 pm, Saturday at 8 am and 3 pm, Sunday at 9 am and 6 pm, Monday at noon and 9 pm, Tuesday at 3 pm and 11 pm, and Wednesday at 3 pm and 8 pm.
