Snapshot for 03/09/2015 to 03/15/2015
This past week in Zone 8, the following Part-1 Crimes occurred:
A robbery occurred near the 18100 block of Sundowner Way. One suspect was arrested for stealing the victims cell phone after the two got into a physical altercation. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.
An assault with a deadly weapon occurred near the 18200 block of Soledad Canyon Road. While the victim was leaving a nearby bar, he was approached by two suspects who punched him numerous times in the face knocking him to the ground. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.
Two residential burglaries occurred near the 18000 block of Annes Cir. Person(s) unknown forced entry into the locations and stole numerous items from within both apartments. These incidents are currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.
A commercial burglary occurred near the 27300 block of Dovehouse Street. Person(s) unknown forced entry into the victims garage and stole items from within. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.
A grand theft occurred near the 13046 block of Sierra Highway. Person(s) unknown stole 8 tires from two separate vehicles while parked inside the victims garage. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.
A vehicle burglary occurred near the intersection of Lakecrest Avenue and Goodvale Road. Person(s) unknown smashed the passenger side window and ransacked the inside. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.
A shoplifting occurred near the 19300 block of Golden Valley Road. One suspect was arrested for shoplifting store items. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.
