Cactus, yucca, joshua trees and rocks…
yeah, get rid of the non-native palm tree
Are there actual plans in motion to develop the land currently occupied by the mobile home park, or is that just hypothetical? I was under the impression that those plans fell through years ago, which is why the mobile home park has since repopulated and expanded.
the city council approved the project about 10 years ago. the recession derailed it. Now it’s back.
A new EIR to be done for development was just approved last Tuesday
tax $ hard at work…
That’s nice. In Saugus, we just got a rock.
Huh. Thousands of dollars spent to beautify the Soledad Cyn Rd median (not even native plants/trees). At least that much and more to prettify the Effing Sand Canyon Rd at State Route 14 on and off ramps that lead to Soledad Canyon Rd? Or is it that they lead to Sand Canyon?
Did Robinson Ranch Golf Course and Club pay for that?
I don’t know. But I doubt it.
And now there’s a fake stone wall announcing that you have just left the freeway and entered Canyon Country (an obviously small subsidiary of SANTA CLARITA).
Who is zooming who?
Or is this to announce the new development in the river bed at Vista Canyon Ranch?
Somebody ‘splain this to me, please.
