Canyon Country West: Zone 7Public Safety and Crime Prevention Information
Snapshot for 02/02/2015 to 02/08/2015
This past week in Zone 7, the following Part-1 Crimes occurred:
A robbery occurred near the 20400 block of Soledad Canyon Road. A single suspect grabbed the victims purse from her arm while she was walking on a sidewalk back towards her house. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.
A residential burglary occurred near the 28200 block of Bakerton Avenue. Person(s) unknown forced open a window to a home that was for sale and stole items from within. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.
A residential burglary occurred near the 20400 block of Soledad Canyon Road. Person(s) unknown smashed the master bedroom window and stole the victims wallet containing cash. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.
A burglary to a vehicle occurred near the intersection of Golden Valley Road and Sierra Highway. Person(s) unknown smashed the rear passenger window and stole cash from within the vehicle. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.
A grand theft occurred near the 18500 block of Soledad Canyon Road. Person(s) unknown stole a generator from a trailer that was parked in a nearby alley. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.
A petty theft from an unlocked vehicle occurred near the 19500 block of Crystal Springs Court. Person(s) unknown entered the victims unlocked vehicle and stole a wallet containing cash. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.
A petty theft occurred near the 18700 block of Mandan Street. Person(s) unknown stole the victims bicycle which was parked under his outside patio. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.
A petty theft occurred near the 26400 block of Carl Boyer Drive. One suspect was arrested for taking the victims cell phone when he was not looking. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.
