SACRAMENTO – Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. delivered the oath of office Monday to Warren Stanley as the 15th Commissioner of the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
Stanley, 56, of Sacramento was appointed Commissioner by Governor Brown on Feb. 9, after serving as Acting Commissioner since 2017.
Commissioner Stanley has been employed with the CHP since 1982 and is one of the distinguished few to have held every position from officer to Commissioner.
Commissioner Stanley is the first African American in the history of the CHP to hold the rank of Commissioner and oversees the largest state law enforcement agency in the nation; a department with more than 11,000 employees.

I’m must not agree considering l have never released repeat felons, wasted taxpayer money on illegal aliens, and slow speed trains when the infrastructure of the state is in dire need of repair and water storage.
And all the state run retirement systems are running out of money lol. I learn from mistakes, jerry brown repeats them
The idiots in California voted him in twice,l guess they don’t learn from mistakes either.
