Public Safety and Crime Prevention Information for the week of 04/20/15 to 04/26/2015
A burglary occurred near the 27500 block of Sierra Hwy, Canyon Country. The suspect entered an unlocked, vacant apartment unit with the intent to charge his cell phone and take a shower. The suspect was arrested and booked for the indicated charge. This incident is currently being investigated by Santa Clarita Sheriff’s Station detectives.
A burglary occurred near the 17600 block of Harris Way, Canyon Country. The suspect entered the victim’s unlocked, attached garage, forced entry into his locked vehicle, and stole numerous items. This incident is currently being investigated by Santa Clarita Sheriff’s Station detectives.
A petty theft occurred near the 17400 block of Dove Willow St., Canyon Country. The suspect(s) entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle and stole numerous items. This incident is currently being investigated by Santa Clarita Sheriff’s Station detectives.
A petty theft occurred near the 17300 block of Dove Willow St., Canyon Country. The suspect(s) entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle and stole numerous items. This incident is currently being investigated by Santa Clarita Sheriff’s Station detectives.
A grand theft occurred from a business near the 19300 block of Golden Valley Rd., Canyon County. The suspect(s) entered the store with an empty shopping bag and placed store merchandise inside. The suspects then walked out of the store with the merchandise, failing to pay for it. This incident is currently being investigated by Santa Clarita Sheriff’s Station detectives.
