Valencia Crime Report for the Week of July 18, 2016
07/18/16
Burglary (Residence), Domestic Battery- 23500 block of Magic Mountain Parkway. The victim and the suspect were together in a dating relationship and have since been separated. The suspect entered the victim’s home against her will and was very angry towards the victim. The suspect attempted to assault the victim in her home.
Burglary- 23600 block of Via Rana. While the victim was gone from the location, an unknown suspect made entry into the location and stole several items from inside her home.
Burglary- 27400 block of Whitefield Place. An unknown suspect made entry into the location and stole the victim’s laptop. No signs of forced entry were seen at the location.

Burglary (Commercial, Passing Counterfeit bills)
24200 block of Valencia Boulevard -An unknown suspect passed a counterfeit fake $100 bill at the location.
24200 block of Valencia Boulevard -Three unknown suspects passed several counterfeit $20 bills at the location.
07/20/16
Grand Theft Vehicle/ Grand Theft Cargo -23200 block of Magic Mountain Parkway An unknown suspect stole the victim’s rental truck from the rental center. The truck was filled with the victim’s recording studio equipment.
Burglary (Commercial)- 22200 block of Cypress Street. An unknown suspect made entry into the victim’s unlocked car and stole her purse which contained her wallet and credit cards.
07/21/16
Grand Theft- 27000 block of McBean Parkway. While eating at the location, the victim believed someone stole her wallet. When she got home to cancel her credit card, it had already been used to purchase $3400.00 of items at a store.
Grand theft auto – 27800 block of McBean Parkway. The victim had his 2005 Hyundai Alantra stolen from the location.
07/22/16
Burglary (Vehicle)- 24200 block of Valencia Boulevard. An unknown suspect pried open the door to the victim’s vehicle and stole his Kenwood stereo.
Shoplifting- 26450 McBean Parkway. A female suspect was arrested from the location for exiting the store with unpaid merchandise in her possession.
Please ensure you watch your pets and the elderly in this extreme heat. They can be injured very quickly due to this heat. Please drink plenty of water and stay cool.
