College of the Canyons has more than 5,000 seats available in nearly 700 classes for the spring semester, which begins Monday, Feb. 10. But it’s not too late to register. Students can add classes anytime through Friday, Feb. 21. Classes are available at the Valencia Campus, Canyon Country Campus and online at all times of the day and days of the week, including weekends.

Career-Oriented Classes: Many classes are career-oriented, offering training in technical and other fields that lead directly to employment. Career Technical Education courses that have class openings include Welding, Water Technology, Land Surveying, Solar Technology, Plumbing Technology, Medical Lab Technician, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Geographic Information Systems, Construction Technology, Computer Information Technology, and many more.

Transfer Classes: The college also has space in some of the most popular subjects needed to transfer to four-year colleges and universities, such as Sociology, Spanish, Psychology, Political Science, Math, History, Geology, Geography, English, and Economics.

ESL Classes: In addition, the college is offering a broad range of English as a Second Language classes designed to meet the needs of all students, whether they are starting to learn English, or need to hone their English skills.
