Detectives from the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station’s Career Offenders, Burglary, Robbery Apprehension (COBRA) Team are seeking public assistance in identifying a person of interest thought to be responsible for approximately 160 different incidents of graffiti vandalism.
The attached photo is of the person COBRA Detectives would like to talk to in connection with the crimes.
Each one of the incidents involved the word “KRONZ” being spray painted or written onto walls, buildings and other property resulting in thousands of dollars in damages. The majority of the incidents have been committed using spray paint and have occurred near Newhall Avenue.
During the course of this investigation, detectives were able to obtain the attached photos of the suspected vandal.
He is described as an Hispanic male, approximately 18 to 21 years-old, with an unknown type of tattoo on his neck.
