Law enforcement officials seized a still, moonshine and marijuana in Santa Clarita after undercover detectives from Kern County served a search warrant at a house on Park Woodland Place.
Kern County Fire Department arson investigators and California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control agents served the warrant Wednesday in the 28000 block of Park Woodland Place after investigators were alerted to a suspect who was giving out samples of illegally distilled spirits, more commonly known as moonshine, during an event at Fomoso Raceway earlier this month, a press release from Kern County Sheriff said.
Upon being questioned, the suspect admitted to giving away samples of moonshine and an investigation was launched into the him and his actions.
The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone with information to call the Kern County Sheriff’s Office at 661-392-4365.
