Providence Holy Cross Medical Center is seeking help from the public to identify an injured man, hospitalized since a Nov. 18 accident in Van Nuys.
The patient was brought to the Mission Hills trauma center from 7700 Van Nuys Blvd., after being struck by a vehicle while bicycling.
He is Latino, 5 feet-9 inches, 173 pounds, has brown eyes and short black hair, a short mustache and beard and is believed to be in his early 30s.
A tattoo on his ring finger reads “Maritza” and one on his right forearm says “Jade.”
Privacy laws limit information the hospital can provide about the patient, including his condition.
