Funny that this publication has only decided to do a story on this matter only after the decision had been made. I am curious why did you not report on it the last month or so?
You’re right. Not last month. But in July. https://scvnews.com/2017/07/17/california-12-states-oppose-fcc-net-neutrality-repeal/
Kuddos, You guys had to reach back almost 5 months to find one article you posted… its only been a hot topic since then
Exactly!…. that was 5 month ago -_-
You guys are not going to post anything from anybody who agreed with the decision, are you?
Probably due to the fact that any congressman or woman who does “agree” with this travesty was bought out buy the FCC for a large sum
I’d love to see the mountain of evidence you’d need in order to make this claim, not that that was the point of my post at all.
https://www.theverge.com/2017/12/11/16746230/net-neutrality-fcc-isp-congress-campaign-contribution
First, you said bought by the FCC, not by any ISP. You have to know the FCC doing any major payoffs of anyone in return for votes would be illegal. Second, your article initially defined the internet as a global utility. For anything to be a utility, it must be heavily controlled by the government and any providing company is guaranteed to make a profit. Internet ISPs don’t work that way and never have.
All that happened was internet regs went back to all of two years ago, prior to which the internet somehow was born and grew just fine, under an FCC chair appointed by Barack Obama and confirmed unanimously by a then Democratic majority Senate. I understand fear mongering and scare tactics are often effective but don’t fall for them.
Who cares. AARON RODGERS IS BACK!!!!!
Becerra thanks man. I miss you
