Snapshot for 12/01/2014 to 12/07/2014
This past week in Zone 7, the following Part-1 Crimes occurred:
A residential burglary occurred near the 26900 block of Flo Lane. Person(s) unknown pried open the victims garage entry door and stole two televisions from within. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.
A residential burglary occurred near the 19000 block of Saddleback Ridge Road. While the victim was in her living room talking on the phone, person(s) unknown smashed her bedroom window and made entry into her home. While inside the suspect stole numerous items from within her bedroom. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.
A grand theft auto occurred near the 27100 block of Hidaway Avenue. Person(s) unknown stole the victims vehicle which was parked in parking stall near the above address. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.
A burglary to a vehicle occurred near the 27300 block of Crossglade Avenue. Person(s) unknown forced entry into the victims tool box which is attached to the vehicle. The suspect stole numerous items from within. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.
A burglary to a vehicle occurred near the 27100 block of Sierra Highway. Person(s) unknown forced entry into the victims rented moving van and stole numerous items from within. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.
A shoplifting occurred near the 18600 block of Via Princessa. One suspect was arrested for stealing store items. This incident is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Valley Station detectives.
**It should be noted, I have directed extra patrol checks to the Rainbow Glen Drive area and Canyon Crest area due to numerous residential burglaries. **
