Public Safety and Crime Prevention Information for the week of 05/18/15 – 05/24/2015

 

Burglary

A residential burglary was reported from the 26900 block of Avenida Terraza. While the victim was away on vacation the suspect entered through a kitchen window and stole 2 pair of sunglasses (Versace red frame, Prada white with gold trim) and a white gold ring.

 

Theft from Vehicles

A grand theft from a vehicle was reported from the 27400 block of Annette Jo Circle. The suspect entered his vehicle through his cracked open, driver’s side window. The suspect stole $1500 worth of microphones from the vehicles trunk.

There was a grand theft from an unlocked vehicle reported from the 22400 block of Majestic Court. The suspect entered the vehicle and stole a Canon camera, Samsung tablet, Louie Vuitton purse, military ID, and other identification belonging to the victim.

A petty theft occurred from the 29000 block of Garnet Canyon Road. The subject stole the victim’s skateboard from the front of her house. The victim’s father saw the subject with the skateboard near the park at the end of his street. The subject was detained by the victim’s dad pending the arrival of responding deputies.

There was a theft from an unlocked vehicle reported from the 29300 block of Maderia Lane. The suspect entered the unlocked vehicle and stole $20, Phillips head rest TV monitor, iPhone charger and blue Under Armor glasses.

A theft from an unlocked vehicle occurred at the 20700 block of Jenny Court. The suspect noticed that both of his vehicles that were parked in his driveway had been rummaged through. The only thing the victim saw that was missing was his garage door remote control.
