SCVTV’s weekly sports highlights program, “Inside Sports,” is moving to a new day on Santa Clarita’s only local television station.
Starting Sept. 23, new episodes of “Inside Sports” will premier Mondays at 9 p.m.
“We’ve made the change in our programming lineup so we can bring viewers highlights of Friday and Saturday night high school football games sooner in the week,” SCVTV Sports Director and program host Dave Caldwell said.
The program will continue to re-run Thursday at 8 p.m. and Friday at 6 p.m.
“Inside Sports,” sponsored by Nissan of Valencia, is a weekly, half-hour sports highlights program, featuring high school and college sports.
“The program allows us to showcase some of the tremendous athletic talent and dedication found here in the Santa Clarita Valley,” said Leon Worden, SCVTV’s CEO.
The show also goes behind the scenes to bring viewers feature stories about local athletes, teams and coaches, as well as sports-related programs, issues and events in our valley.
This month, “Inside Sports” is celebrating its one-year anniversary on SCVTV.
