It’s time again for Santa Clarita’s ultimate meet-and-greet. The SCV Chamber of Commerce, in association with the City of Santa Clarita, presents the 27th annual SCV Community Expo (aka the Home and Business Expo) and Taste of Expo celebration Sept. 16, 17 and 18.

Expo returns to the Santa Clarita Sports Complex at 20880 Centre Pointe Parkway, just off of Golden Valley Road. Expo offers new and expanded parking, and complimentary shuttle service. Access is easy and central to the valley via the cross-valley connector.

It all begins Friday, Sept. 16 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with Taste of Expo, Santa Clarita’s largest business mixer and networking event, featuring up to 30 of the area’s finest restaurants and caterers. Expect lots of great networking opportunities in addition to amazing food and drink offerings.

The fun continues throughout the weekend on Saturday, Sept. 17, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and again on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Only at Expo will residents and businesses discover the products and services available right here in the Santa Clarita Valley. Two indoor exhibit halls and a large outdoor area showcase more than 100 exhibitors.

Saturday is Family Fun Day with games, activities and community stage performances. Rounding out the day, College of the Canyons will host a job fair and Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital will provide free flu shots to senior citizens and qualified caregivers.

Sunday will see the debut of the Expo Beer Garden and Food Truck Fest, adding to a non-stop weekend of fun, excitement and live entertainment.

Admission is free. Entry to the beer garden is $3. For more information visit www.scvchamber.com or call 661-702-6977.
