Join Relay For Life this Saturday, March 21, at picturesque Reyes Winery at 10262 Sierra Hwy. in Agua Dulce for a hike followed by brunch and a tour of the winery with tastings.

Robert Reyes, wine-maker and general manager, will guide hikers on a beginner, medium or advance level hike through the Sierra Pelona Mountains. There will be views of the beautiful valley from the 3500ft elevation. There will be three different trails depending on level of skill.

After the hike, enjoy a tour of the winery and a light and healthy brunch including such items as seasonal quiches, sticky rolls, salad with chardonnay vinaigrette, yogurt/granola parfait, baked hash brown casserole, baked french toast, dessert, wine and coffee. Following brunch there will be a tasting in their gallery of their award winning wines.

relayforlifeJoin the American Cancer Society’s 2015 Relay For Life of The Santa Clarita Valley at Central Park, 27150 Bouquet Canyon Rd, Santa Clarita, CA 91350 from Saturday May 16 at 9am to Sunday May 17 at 9am and help finish the fight against cancer.

This 24-hour event on celebrates cancer survivors, remembers those we have lost and provides the community with an opportunity to unite and fight back against this disease. Activities throughout the event include games, entertainment, food trucks and inspirational ceremonies. The event is free and open to the public.

Funds raised through Relay For Life support the American Cancer Society’s efforts to make this cancer’s last century and to provide much-needed services to people fighting cancer in the Santa Clarita Valley.
