You can’t fix stupid…..Hope everyone recovers completely.
Brainless individual
“No drugs or alcohol were found in Wenger’s system.” When you’re that stupid, no drugs or alcohol are required.
Why don’t you keep your comments to yourself?.. I’ve always been told that if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all. And I’m 18, you are what 60? I didn’t know age didn’t teach you anything about life.. My friend was seriously injured, and you have some snark comment to make? Take a little life lesson from me, mistakes happen. Always have, and always will. So quit being heartless.
This is some body’s son and daughter your talking about. What if was your kids.
I’m very sorry for the woman being hurt. Also for the guy, but if it was my child that did that I’d be calling him every kind of stupid. A boat j791st doesn’t appear out of nowhere. The picture shows a pretty straight path.
Look before you leap
It’s really too bad how people condemn others for a mistake, as if you are All so full of perfection.
Right, the hate is real here. Very Santa Clarita. Poor kid

@Bill Burns, I have a 20 year old son, and if he pulled a stunt like that he would most certainly be regretting it for some time when I caught up with him. (And when I ran out of breath his grandmother, his aunts and uncles, his sister, his cousins would all start on him.) Yes, young people do stupid things. But not usually THIS stupid. Trespassing on a train bridge, jumping into water that was occupied, jumping from a high place that is off limits…we DO have the right to condemn the action. I’m not condemning the lad, I hope he learns from his experience and I’m glad he has survived his foolish act. But his stupidity not only injured himself, it injured another person who was doing nothing wrong. Taxpayers footed the bill for the responders and likely are covering at least some of the medical expenses. Insurance companies have to pay for the results of his damn fool act and will pass the cost on to all of us. We, as society, have not only the right but the obligation to let others considering such an act know that this is not acceptable.
Ever hear of something called bad timing
Thank you
Amber Rogers you are welcome
I am certain he exercised good judgment and many here suggest.
Everyone in the comments here are super insensitive. This guy is severely injured and can never walk again.
I hope you are never put into the situation this family was put into.

I hope everyone recovers, unfortunately some people pay for the bad decisions of youth for the rest of their life.
I’m sure it’s not the first time he’s pulled such a stunt, only this time he didn’t get away with the risk.
Unfortunately, he took an innocent bystander with him.
Look people, everybody goes looking for a thrill, or most of us does or has! It’s an ACCIDENT! He didn’t intentionally mean to land on that poor innocent young lady and injury themselves!!!! Get REAL and quit judging!
Amber Rogers, I hope your friend Ken recovers. Any news or hope about his spine injury?
I am praying for him and his family.
