4 of Hart's performs the national anthem at a Master's College basketball game in November.

4 of Hart’s, an a cappella quartet, from Hart High School will be center stage Thursday night as they sing the National Anthem before the Los Angeles Lakers take on the L.A. Clippers.

The 4 of Hart’s are made up by Madison Frisch, Marissa Munter, Lindsay Ryan and Molly Ryan.

4 of Hart’s specializes in pop, rock and musical theatre mash-ups and have performed all over the Santa Clarita Valley and Southern California. Previous performances include: The Santa Clarita Marathon, The Santa Clarita Veterans Day Ceremony, The Santa Monica-Venice Christmas Run, LA D-fenders games and more.

The girls started the group after being a part of the Hart High School show choir as a part of the Sound Vibrations.

The 4 of Hart’s sang for the LA D-fenders, a Lakers-owned team in the NBA D-League, in 2011 and have frequently been called back by the team to perform before the game and at halftime.

During their last performance with the team, Lisa Estrada, director of game operations and entertainment, took notice of the group and said she would work on getting the girls a chance to sing for the Lakers.

“We (4 of Hart’s) got the call and wanted to know if the girls wanted to sing for Valentine’s Day,” said Kim Ryan, mother of Lindsay and Molly Ryan. “Being the 4 of Hart’s worked perfect for Valentine’s Day and we said yes.”
