Snapshot for the week of 11/24/2014 to 11/30/2014
Last week, the following Part 1 crimes occurred in Zone 5 (Valencia):
A residential burglary occurred near the 23700 block of Spruce Meadow Court. Suspect(s) unknown forced entry into the location and stole a few electronic items from inside the home. This case is currently under active investigation.
A vehicle burglary occurred near the 23900 block of Clayton Street. Suspect(s) unknown smashed the victim’s driver’s side window and stole a bucket containing 30 CDs. No suspect information is available at this time.
A grand theft occurred near the 26000 block of Avenue Hall. Suspect(s) unknown stole an aluminum ramp belonging to a company vehicle and approximately 200 dollars in gas from the vehicle. The suspects’ vehicle is described as a red Ford pickup older model with faded paint.
During this past week we had a total of three shoplifting burglaries occur at our local businesses. In each case a suspect was arrested and booked at the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station. Each case is being filed through our Detective Bureau.
